Working primarily from private villas across Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas, Soluna sources seasonal produce from local Balinese markets and builds each menu around what is freshest that day. His repertoire spans from elegant multi-course dinners — think slow-braised beef ribs with salted tahini yoghurt or lobster laksa with coconut and lemongrass — to more intimate, family-style gatherings.
